  ICA Architecture was established in 2016. Committed to improving the living environment in Taiwan, and strives to create user experience and professional abilities to give back to this land. Provide the maximum possiblility in a limited space, effectively use the budget, and achieve the purpose of improving the living and learning environment.

With the rapid social and economic development, Wugu District in New Taipei City has become an urban district with the third highest population growth rate in Taiwan. The city government decided to build a modern demonstration public market to ease the problem of cross-district shopping. Market Administration Office, New Taipei City Government led the design team to renovate the leisure indoor plaza on the first floor of the existing five-unit parking lot to create a bright, clean, and hygienic modern market.
