  • About the interior design firm
As a branding and design firm, we design spaces for a variety of sectors, including retail, offices, residences, and hotels. With a global network of talented designers and PMs with deep insights into diverse societies and cultures, the firm embodies its clients' visions in each of its three pillars: consulting, design, and coordination, creating spaces that combine excellence in design and functionality.

The most unique feature of the Candeo Hotels Kyoto Karasuma Rokkaku is that it was designed around the valuable traditional Machiya "Former Banke Residence", a registered tangible cultural property of Kyoto City.
In order to preserve and restore the valuable traditional architecture of the time and give it new value as a hotel, GARDE utilized a talented design team and the latest technology to provide the best consulting, design, and coordination. The result is an exceptional design space that is comfortable and functional.
