The design of Ronsin Technology Center aimed towards accommodating a wide range of companies through providing flexible and modular loft units that prioritize user customization. Despite the various unit sizes inside, Ronsin Technology Center takes a simple and uniformed look from outside through applying reduced curtain wall details to achieve multiple purposes. The vertical metal shafts integrates curtain wall structure, natural ventilation and nighttime facade lighting. The masterplan of Ronsin Technology Center emphasizes a sense of urban enclosure to maximize the open garden of gathering.
