The project abandons the traditional community layout in space planning, adopts enclosed building layout with building retreated around and a building in the middle to plan a large area of central garden landscape, that can be an effective community boundary and create the territorial feeling, sense of belonging and safety. In order to enlarge the "quiet" advantage of enclosed layout, a large number of "forest-style green plant space" are implanted, which accords with the design concept of "let the forest enter the city, and let the city embrace the forest".
