Tianjin Phoenix Mansion aspires to present the modern lifestyle in Nankai's cultural legacy. The façade design incorporates glass grids into building shaping, and the intricate inverse chamfering creates a slender skeleton to give inhabitants a closed-off feeling. Stone, glass, and bronze metal are excellent material options for the academic and humanistic atmosphere of the past and the new building quality. In some aspects, the structure itself increases its economic worth, and the basic Oriental aesthetics and global paradigm language enhance the architectural attributes on an urban scale.
