11 SKIES is a future HK$20 billion mixed-use destination located at SKYCITY. Conceived as Hong Kong’s largest hub for Retail, Dining and Entertainment (RDE), and the first such development to combine office space for Greater Bay Area (GBA) enterprises including, wealth management, and wellness services, the development will transform the land surrounding Hong Kong International Airport.

The scheme is will act as a super-regional connector accessible by air, sea, and land via trains, cars and buses; playing a key role in the future growth of the GBA.
