The project is located in Guangming District in Shenzhen, east of Line 6 and south of Line 13 metro station. The project consists of the residential group which includes 4 high-rise residential towers sitting beside a ecological park and the commercial group which includes 2 landmark office towers and 1 high-rise service apartment sitting on the top of a shopping mall.

By creating the central park space and taking the advantage of TOD mode, the project will become a new hot spot of leisure urban life in the center of Guangming District.
