  DC Alliance was founded in Singapore in 1998. With years of design practice, DC has gradually developed into a comprehensive design company with 350 professional architects and planners. DC designs various types of projects covering cultural renewal, educational buildings, public buildings, headquarters parks, commerce, hotels, brand city, boutique apartment and residential buildings. DC won over 200 awards, including U.S. AR Design Award, China Architecture Media Awards, U.K. WAN Asia Design

The project site is located in the south bank of Dongqian Lake, south of South Huanhu Road, east of Fuquan Mountain, and surrounded mostly by residential land. Based on the design philosophy of fully respecting the nature, architects tried to create a mountain village-style community with a picturesque lake view.
