Working at diverse scales across multiple sectors, 10 Design focuses on bringing innovative design solutions for multicultural projects, with economic and social integrity.

The project comprises an 81,000sqm shopping centre, an open retail street, a culture centre and a 140m high-rise office tower sitting atop the Wansheng Metro Station in west Chengdu. A central sunken plaza is designed as a green hub that connects underground F&B and metro station, which also invites activities and social interactions at the heart of the project. Individual elements are tied through a unified language of horizontally layered façade, while the continuous street frontage with green terraces and outdoor seating areas blurs the distinction between indoor and outdoor spaces.
