Inspired by " PHOENIX DRAWN TO THE PARASOL TREE ", the team gathers the context of the surrounding cities and uses an abstract and concise architectural language to make the towering landmark tower stand in the image of the phoenix tree in the place where Shenzhen and Hong Kong meet, and the uneven facade curtain wall is like a phoenix.
The façade of the commercial podium is inspired by the falling sycamore leaves, forming a rich and delicate façade effect. The team constructed a patchwork green garden on the roof of the commercial podium as an extension of the urban green corridor.
