The project takes "Green Valley & Cloud Street" as the design concept. The skirt building opens from northeast to southwest to form an open square. Two high towers are arranged diagonally to create a visual experience of "Valley" .The designers hope to make full use of urban green space resources, create urban micro forest and more environment for users to contact with nature, and achieve the coordination and unity of landmark and ecology of the building in multiple dimensions.
