The Geographical Center - "Heart of Ukraine" is a spatial composition. The main component of the installation is a platform measuring a diameter of 25.46 meters and an area of 582.0 m2 with 25 pairs of sculptural wings placed around the perimeter. Each pair symbolizes a country’s region including Crimea and Sevastopol. The Center of Ukraine is a “lens” focused on living history. Dreaming about the future people forget about the present, hence they do not exist neither in the present nor for the sake of the future.
