NEW TOURISM IN THE ALPS
10 chalets and a restaurant in the alps of Austria were built on a sloping site with a magnificent panoramic view. Our concept: urban development takes place in the countryside. Careful use of land, the relationships between the houses, comfort, beauty and optimal view were the main premises to fulfil.
Space-saving positioned orthogonally to the strata lines, the chalets suck in the panorama. The consistent use of wood not only appeals to the sense of sight, but also to the sense of touch and smell. The settlement shows a new approach towards an important building task
