  10 Design, part of Egis Group, is an international architecture and master planning practice with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Edinburgh, Dubai, Miami, London, Shenzhen, Singapore, San Francisco, and Dallas. Founded in 2010, we have designed and delivered work in 60 cities across Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Americas. Working at diverse scales across multiple sectors, 10 Design focuses on bringing innovative design solutions for multicultural projects, with economic and social integrity.

The development is a world-class university campus in Dongguan, where state-of-the-art R&D facilities will be provided to attract talents from across the world and drive innovation for the entire city. Comprising large-scale research and teaching facilities, multifunctional spaces, residential areas and amenities for students and researchers, the design is to create a green campus with an emphasis on openness, collaboration and productivity. Inspired by the natural attributes of the site, a central courtyard is envisioned as the heart of the campus to foster interaction and exchange.
