  TIANJIN TIANHUA northern architectural design was founded in 2014. Our professional team includes about 200+ architects and designers from multiple perspectives and diverse back-grounds. We endeavour to create refined works of architecture, urban design, landscape and other spatial design at all scales.

The project is located in the central urban area of Tianjin, including 23717 ㎡ commercial and supporting facilities, and a proxy urban park in the northeast corner of the base. In the design, we strive to break through the design limitations caused by the pure focus on value of traditional real estate projects.We take the reconstruction of streets and lanes and the folding city as the design inspiration, and focus on the interactive relationship between city, park, commerce and residence to create a new composite community and establish a modern poetic residential area sample.
