The Iversen Building will provide over 85,000 sq ft of lab-ready space, targeted at fast-growing life science spin-outs. The building, which is named after Professor Sue Iversen, a leading psychologist and Fellow of Magdalen College Oxford, is due to complete in July 2023. It is the first of two three-storey buildings, linked by a two-level car deck and podium leading directly onto the proposed new railway station at The Oxford Science Park. The building has M&E capacity for up to 70% CL2 laboratory fit-out, with large on-floor plant rooms, enhanced power, air-handling, risers and services
