• About Firm
  ‘Hoffenscher Architects’ was founded in the year 2007, restructuring into a Ltd in 20.., in the most western state of Austria, Vorarlberg. Thanks to the unique, emotional architectural language, projects were always greeted with great interest, resonance and sometimes provoking the status quo. These projects include all aspects of architecture such as property development, residential or office complexes, private residences and developing corporate identities, interior and furniture design.

The ‘Färberhof’, a residential complex, is situated in a former industrial area in Dornbirn. Together with the property owner, a concept was created that was pushing the local developers understanding of what is needed in the market. Convinced that the market is ready for more, a development company was formed with the architects. Three buildings with a total of 29 apartments were built. Each units’ terrace greenery extends the available space, creating a crucial part of the façade and its’ perception. A common space and an electric car are also available for free for residents to use.
