The project is located at the intersection of sea and revitalization roads in Dalian Development Zone.It’s known as"Pearl of the North", one of“excellent tourist and living cities”in China,and will be an inspirational iconic residential zone. The designers consider costumers daily life and philosophy demands , through recognizable memories, perspective of users, diversified scene landscape design strategies to accomplish peaceful and pleasant community .and to achieve“New scene, Heart life”.
