The project with around 500 high-quality residential units, with its location directly on the Danube, has excellent transport links and will also offer a number of extras for residents and the general public. So it is considered to implement a sustainable mobility concept as well as exclusive services such as concierge service and home cinema. The MARINA Deck also opens up the right bank of the Danube, which on the one hand opens up generous public open spaces and also makes an important contribution to urban development.
