The project revolves around leisure and holiday residences in natural environments such as waterfronts and parks, with carbon-reducing green buildings as the core to create a living space that meets the needs of today's generations.
Designed with modern wave-like shapes, two 25-story twin-star residential buildings are designed. Each living space has sufficient ventilation, natural lighting and wide viewing horizons.
The appearance design is integrated with the environment and landscape, and has the effect of shading and energy saving to contribute to a sustainable environment.
