Located in the new CBD of Sanya, Hainan Province, Minmetals International Plaza is a 110-meter-high tower for office and commercial business with a gross floor area of 55,799.15 m². Its welcoming posture with an open ground floor breaks people’s stereotype of a closed office building and creates an urban living room. The hanging gardens in the office area provide customers with a more natural and cozy working environment. With Jade Cong - a long hollow piece of jade tube as the main shape, the vertical lines that change upwards create a thriving image and echo the rolling sea waves.
