Through minimalist design technique with the spirit of universal design, black, beige and grey-scale color scheme without superfluous decoration was intended to create a relaxing modern residence for the client. With the large-area window for maximum natural lighting and the vista from the green park in front of the building, the public domain is of open design allowing natural lighting and ventilation to embellish such flowing space.
