InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland Hotel has been constructed inside an abandoned quarry. As to better fit into the surrounding environment, the inte-rior design of the hotel has applied ‘Aesthetics of Mining ’concept as reference, combining the wild rocks and vertical cliffs with the natural environment, creating a new conceptualized hospitality culture that only belongs to the InterContinental Shanghai Won-derland Hotel.
