  For more than 20 years, HLD has been engaged in interior design and environmental design and became an expert in hotels, clubs, restaurants, offices, real estate design. We are also one of the earliest interior design firm that has set foot in renovation projects. With its excellent reputation and superior services, the company steadily became a professional team with an international vision.

This is an abandoned granary built in the early 1950s, located in Changsha city， which is also a typical Soviet-style barn designed by Soviet aid experts.HLD found and paid close attention to the historical building. HLD shared a common view with the current owner about renovation. HLD later proposed a three-stage-revitalization plan including protective restoration, functional renovation and forward-looking revitalization.revitalization ,which aims to protect architectural features of the barn and create a dialogue between the modern elements and the historical features.
