The design of the mansion creates an artistic sculpture building with a sense of physical cutting by strengthening the lines of power and the changeable cutting blocks. The façade of the podium adopts the water lines of the coastal living elements, which is very distinguishable in the identity of the façade. In the design of the sales center and lobby, Matrix combines the Horoy principle of "superior life practitioner", and also integrates its image of the pioneer in Qianhai, Shenzhen. The design continues the innovation and development of China Horoy with an elegant attitude.
