The intent is to create a residential living centered on the holistic needs of the elderlies including the desire for community without compromising their dignity and privacy. The design derives from a 'household' concept with 3 households on each floor supported by a central spine of services. Each self-sustained household, with a combination of studios and companion rooms, accommodates an independent kitchen and laundrette, resembling a home. These households are supported by communal spaces such as hair salons, wellness gym, hydrotherapy pool and a rooftop terrace for urban farming.
