  J T A Co., Ltd. is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice, offering architectural design and interior design service, established in 1996. The quality of J T A ‘s work has been recognized through awards granted by Asia Pacific Property Awards and IAIR Awards.

The house is situated in an housing estate in Bangkok with 2 neighboring houses on the north and the south and the unpleasant, out of the premise of the housing estate on the west. In an effort to keep privacy and connectivity between inside/outside. The garage is located directly in front of the house in order to save space for the main house, and at the same time, conceal the house from the street. With sensitivity to the site's inherent strengths, the design embraces the preservation and integration of the established trees, allowing it to remain the dominant feature of the property.
