The building consists of precast concrete elements creating a reduced cube. The facade is made up by especially developed and folded bands of pre-oxidized zinc, which is set onto a steal support structure placed around the cube. These folded sheets of zinc were applied onto the building in such a way, that the facade dislodges itself repeatedly from the volume of the cube, creating empty space that is blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living-space.
Lime plaster refined with natural sand, oak floors, wooden framed windows create an undeniably unique atmosphere of coziness inside.
