We hope to make Dowell•Elegant Mansion an oasis hidden in Shanghai. In the process of community design, we not only design a residential group for the land, but more importantly, we provide a beautiful lifestyle. In this humanized residential community, we aim to allow every resident and those who stayed previously to sense true neighborhood sentiment, comfortable management experienced and open humanistic thoughts.
