The project adopts a homecoming system of five-level ceremonies. The entrance & exit of the independent community follows the entry ritual system used in a wealthy and influential family in ancient times. It features a form of a backward carriage yard. The private courtyard of each residence acquires the essence of Jiangnan courtyard that one house is equipped with six courtyards, which form a distinctive space that courtyards are built both from inside and outside of the site, as well as the surroundings.
