Nature is that contact with the outside environment, chasing the oxygen, the relief and the sea breeze. Two elements define its external appearance: the white aluminum rings that generate sinuous lines surrounding the buildings and the ceramic “baguettes”, forming a second skin of variable density that protects the facades from sunlight. Nature is adapted to its location and it was designed to provide the services of a large city without leaving its natural hábitat. The landscape is designed as a green gradient towards outside, organized by a grey amoeba that distributes all the uses.

Founded in 2014, Kronos is a Real Estate Investor, Manager and Developer with a strong presence in Spain and Portugal.
Its activities are focused on the Residential Build-to-Sell market through the brand Kronos Homes, Residential Build-to-Rent with STAY and Retail Lifestyle Centers through its brand WAY.
