  DC Alliance has four branches with C+D Research Center, Public Building Group, Real Estate Group and Urban Design Center, providing professional services such as architectural design, urban design, urban renovation and related architectural fields. The types of project vary from apartment, villa, community commercial center, office building, hotel of real estate to educational building, industrial park, urban renovation and so on.

The five land parcels are considered as a whole to retain the original urban axis and natural water system; according to the principle of space syntax, "the visible is also the reachable", crowds are introduced from the urban nodes to the Xinghu Lake, which improves the spatial vitality of the Xinghu Lake, thereby achieving the openness of urban space.
