  DC Alliance has four branches with C+D Research Center, Public Building Group, Real Estate Group and Urban Design Center, providing professional services such as architectural design, urban design, urban renovation and related architectural fields. The types of project vary from apartment, villa, community commercial center, office building, hotel of real estate to educational building, industrial park, urban renovation and so on.

The house merges into the park on the west side, while the park penetrates into the house as one of its part. The facades of Rui Fu buildings are like glass boxes located in the park. The buildings can not only absorb the natural landscape of the park, but also become the scenery of the park itself, which echos to each other.
