Company Short Biography
Company formed in 2001 by Carlos Humberto Metzner Silva and João Paulo Packer Silva, relying on the experience of its technical manager, civil engineer Carlos Humberto Silva and the dedication of Gina Carles Packer Silva (in memory), started its activities with the launch of Residencial Solar Das Acácias located at 3618, and since then has been innovating in the Civil Construction market in Balneário Camboriú, aiming at the comfort, satisfaction and safety of its customers, in all closed deals.
The design was conceived with the premise of building an iconic development - to be considered a landmark among so many buildings already built. Its basic volume was designed to be a prism, in which the apartment tower interconnects with its base and retail area; with this positioning to differentiate itself from competitors in the market. The housing units were designed so that, in the design of its four bedrooms, the future resident can have the possibility to unify them and have the widest possible variety of layouts.
