The Commercial Development at Murray Road is currently under construction, and will be an inspirational iconic building for 21st century Hong Kong. Its organic design centres on a steel structure enabling expansive office spaces, and a lobby suspended above gardens augmenting the greenery of nearby parks. The hitech, curved glass façade will ensure users enjoy city views, while advanced technologies maximise sustainability, maintain comfort and deliver healthy airflows. In addition to office floors, the building will feature a Sky Garden, and a rooftop banquet hall for unforgettable events.
