Phase One，the reconstruction of protected building with the theme of cultural（Designed by Kengo Kuma）. Phase Two，Team+ provided “life-oriented commercial”complementary with Phase One.
Also, it can be more grounded into people's daily life. Provide higher quality life for the residents.
The design concept of this project is the rock and crystal on the canal bank, which echoes the red sandstone mountain with the red brick workshop in the phase one.
Facing the canal, it is a bright hyaline vitreum, which can not only open views...
