Ocean Spa Plaza is an iconic sustainable building, with contemporary aesthetic style.

The building features 125 high quality residential apartments ranging from studios to penthouses all of which have generous balcony terraces in this unique cylindrical shaped design.

The lower floors feature commercial uses at ground floor frontage and 593 car parking spaces above, dressed with a natural green wall of different plant life which has thrived!

The building boasts two roof level resort decks, with swimming pools, Jacuzzis, a steam room, a sauna and panoramic views over Gibraltar.
