Toky Terrace is a twin tower, transit-oriented development (TOD) project nestled in the central plot of Zhongshan city.
This design seeks to capture the essence of the gradually developing city while also providing an iconic benchmark for the development of the city. The towers are combined at various floor levels to create vertical sky gardens that fit in beautifully with the context of the mountains to the southern side creating a deeper sub-conscious sense of belonging to the city.
