Inspired by some of Europe’s greatest cities, Esplanade Cartier is a dynamic and outgoing project located in a vibrant district of Montreal. Using the best practices of the industry to reduce its footprint, it will create a legacy of a sustainable living spaces. Its main objectives are to create space for more people to live in the heart of the city and to build a diverse neighbourhood, giving its residents access to multiple services, convenience stores, public transport and many cultural and leisure activities.
