Ingenhoven Architects and its partners followed a very comprehensive and ambitious architectural approach to the design and construction of the Marine One. This was done in order to achieve such an extraordinary level of greenery fused seamlessly within an urban construction. We find that the interaction between the garden and the building creates natural ventilation and its very own microclimate.
