The owner of this case is an outstanding foreign trade entrepreneur. He needs a quiet place to entertain international customers and cooperation partners besides daily business activities, so he bought a place of 600㎡ in Ningbo Wealth Center and entrusted Zhonghe Design to create a private club. The project has a superior geographic location by being located on the east of Yongjiang River of Sanjiang estuary, near Ningbo Bookstore and with the old bound since 1844 on the other side of the river. The key to designing a space endowed with oriental image and modernism was to make wealth and life.
