Globe Live is a transformer. From an architectural perspective, it converts into one of two modes: interconnected retail space and dramatic amphitheater performance space. The 150m-long bridge-building consists of two retail spaces linked by a 36m-long glass bridge connecting the two sides of an outdoor amphitheater. In performance mode the glass bridge is framed by two large LED sliding panels that convert the public space adjacent to the glass bridge into an enormous performance space designed to support a ticketed attendance and also visibility from the lawn for community participation.
