The Fons Et Origo Project reimagines restoration as an architecture of continuity and transformation. Set within a 30-year-old residence in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, it preserves the home’s defining elements — massive columns, hand-laid brickwork, and its storied roof—while introducing natural materials such as sandstones, adobe stones, and Corten steel to establish a dialogue between permanence and renewal. A sculptural 'brise soleil' or sunbreaker translates time, light, and memory into form — an architectural solution that transforms history into living space.
