The 19-Storeyed building's design serves as a representation of TDB's African Identity by blending modern design with regional aesthetics. The building's facades mimic the African savannah, featuring vibrant colors and hues that mirror the natural landscape. Large floor-to-ceiling sun-shaded curtain wall facades allow ample natural light. The dramatic double and triple-height sky gardens serve as break-out areas improving air quality, while naturally ventilating and lighting the atriums. Sustainability-driven design with local cultural integration using local arts and craft.
