  Our company is a 20-year-old built-for-sale housing company that boasts a track record of building 100 homes a year in Tokyo and Kanagawa prefectures. Received the 2017 Good Design Award. 2024: Nominated for the Good Design Award. This work is a collaboration with world-famous architect Shin Takamatsu. This work was realized 10 years ago when the company's president told Shin Takamatsu that he wanted to create a sense of spaciousness within a small building.

A home cannot exist without a connection to the sky. This house is designed with that mission, drawing from traditional Japanese townhouses (machiya) that integrate nature through central gardens. Modern homes focus on functionality, isolating themselves from the environment. On a narrow urban plot, this house incorporates a central courtyard that brings light and wind indoors. The changing light and shadows reflect a deep connection to nature, and with all rooms linked to the courtyard, the space expands both horizontally and vertically, offering the feeling of living within the sky itself.

We propose the optimized house designs over a limited space with various solutions, such as high-ceiling,wide window for natural lighting, courtyards and/or rooftops.We are happy to support customers providing a safe and prosperous living environment as a community-rooted company.
