Since its inception in 1980, Tong Chuang Construction and Development Company has evolved from smart home technology to encompass a comprehensive range of architectural services. We seamlessly integrate hotel-style management and state-of-the-art security surveillance. Our commitment is to provide clients with all-encompassing, refined services. We infuse artistic taste into every aspect of daily life, nurturing an aesthetic of living that transcends the ordinary.

Nestled at the crossroads of Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab, the Eastern Shopping District, and the historical government buildings from the Japanese colonial era. The design draws from traditional Chinese architecture, which features angled cornices and layered lines, shaping the appearance of a Phoenix Spreading its Wings in Flight. These elements symbolize the auspicious imagery of the Phoenix and Dragon flying together, fostering a profound cultural resonance and establishing it as a unique aesthetic landmark in the urban landscape.
