The project is a renovation of an old apartment. In the dark-colored space, different shades of gray create a diverse visual effect.
The hand-brushed patterns on the cabinets in the social area bring a touch of warmth to the dark-colored space. The ink-playing shape between the ceiling and the floor in the living room suggests that the seemingly static space is swarming with silence and movement, just like black and white, light and dark. The design team tried to minimize the prisms, and the straight circular planning weakened the fragmentation, thus strengthening the unity of the social area.
