The site was farmland, but the government acquired it and turned it into a park. The design team took over the transformation project and gave the site a special function and meaning, making it a large-scale public space. Based on the cultural characteristics and history of the site, the themes are "disaster prevention", "history", and "integration". The park is both educational and playful by cleverly integrating old and new conflict ideas in facilities and buildings.
