The layout of the site in the downtown area is unique, with its balcony inside and elevated. Like in a forest, the space is decorated with rustic wood grain and an elegant gray tone to highlight the greenery outside. The natural wood is painted with a mottled texture, and the ceiling is kept in its original form and painted black so that the gray is evenly spread in every corner to create a modern and stylish residence.
