This project is a newly built duplex with an internal area of approximately 86 square metres.
In view of the large number of beams and columns in the original space, the design focuses on how to combine this with the advantages of a square layout, in order to summarise the maximum height of the canopy, and to introduce open settings and airy partitions, so as to release and realise the expectation of the best open space. The style of the building is in keeping with the character of the occupants, with a cool, heavy colour palette and modern, clean lines.
